Craig speaks with author Margaret Mason about her book, These Hands, the story of African American workers in the Wonder Bread factory during the 1950's and early '60's. The workers were hired for any and all manual labor tasks, but were forbidden to ever actually touch any of the bread. These Hands weaves the story of the workers through a grandfather bonding with his grandchild.
