NAAMA's Walk For Women's Cancer

The National Arab American Medical Association (NAAMA) will hold its fifth annual walk at the Detroit Zoo in Royal Oak. This event is aimed to raise awareness of and public support for treatment of women's cancers.  These are cancers of the female reproductive tract and include cancers of the ovary, fallopian tube, uterus, cervix, vagina and vulva. The aim is to increase public awareness and understanding of these cancers. This event will allow present cancer survivors, their families and friends, the medical and business communities and the general public to come together and strengthen the fight against cancer.  For more information, visit www.cancerwalk.org or contact the NAAMA at 248.646.3661 or via e-mail at walk@naama.com.
